Terms and Conditions

Booking conditions during COVID-19 (2021):

NB: PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT BOOKINGS MAY NEED TO BE AMENDED TO A FUTURE DATE

  • Our Covid Guarantee ensures that you will be able to amend your holiday dates at anytime or receive a refund, when booking directly through us via telephone (01437710701), email or our website (www.noltoncross-holidays.co.uk )
  • Please note we are unable to offer a full refund if bookings are made via third party sites e.g. Pitchup due to the deposits go to them and not ourselves – third party terms and conditions apply to these bookings.

 

Dogs must be kept on leads at all times whilst on Site.

Bookings for Static caravans hire are a 3 night minimum stay.

Statics: Arrivals after 3pm . Departures by 10am.

Touring and Camping: Arrivals after 12 noon. Departures by 11am.

Arrivals after 8 p.m must be notified in advance

All under 18`s must be accompanied by an adult

No Stag & Hen parties accepted.

Quiet time must be respected between 10.30 p.m. and 6.30 a.m.

Management reserve the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests who`s behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

Directions to all types of accommodation must be followed.

All accommodation must be left clean and tidy. Charges will be made for all accommodation which is left sub standard.

Barbeques are permitted but must be raised off the ground, not placed on picnic tables or decking area. Must be attended by an adult at all times.

Complaints must be made to the Park Office immediately. Complaints cannot be dealt with after you departure.

Anyone breeching the park’s COVID -19 safety policy will be asked to leave the park.
